Comfortable Stay with a Twist

The spacious suite had a full mini-kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals. I especially appreciated the well-stocked amenities. Plus, the indoor pool was a great way to unwind after a long day.

Unfortunately, I encountered some cleanliness issues, including peeling paint and a sour odor in the bathroom. While the location is convenient, I hoped for a better overall presentation.

The staff were incredibly attentive and responsive.

The bathroom smelled sour, and I suspect it was from the shower curtain. Additionally, I noticed peeling paint in several areas of the room and found a hair on my pillow before using the bed. These cleanliness issues really diminished my comfort during the stay.

The spacious rooms are a delight. and I really appreciated the air vent in the bathroom! The convenience of having a laundry facility was a plus, too. Definitely a handy amenity for long stays! !

my recent stay exceeded my expectations, particularly because the room was clean, spacious, and included a fully stocked kitchen. the sofa made it cozy for relaxing after long days. i enjoyed the convenience of being close to shops and restaurants, and appreciated the quiet atmosphere for a restful night's sleep.

stayed at towneplace suites for two nights and had a great experience. the staff was super helpful, especially when we had an a/c issue—they moved us to another room right away. the outdoor pool was a nice touch, perfect for cooling off. plus, it’s really close to wal-mart, just take a left on 12th street and it’s on desoto street.

overall, we enjoyed our stay but breakfast options could use some variety.

It was just an okay option for a short stint in Harahan with reasonable value. The staff were friendly, helping me settle into a cleaner room after I reported issues with the first one. Make sure to check the fitness room for necessary supplies to avoid inconvenience.

the air conditioning broke while we were there (so annoying! ). the staff were super nice and moved us right away! breakfast had good options (loved the fresh fruits! location was convenient for our plans, too!

The Deluxe Queen Studio with Sofa Bed was clean and spacious, which was nice. I loved that it had a full mini-kitchen—super handy for making meals. The bathroom was cool too, especially with the air vent. The noise wasn't bad, but I could hear some conversations in the hallway. Overall, it was a comfy spot for my stay!
